We are now looking for a Process Manager for our client.

Requirements

• Documented experience in practically leading and conducting process mapping within the financial area. Minimum 5 years.
• Experience in independently drawing process maps (e.g., in BPMN or similar notation).
• Experience working in complex organizations with many stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both operations, from strategic to operational levels, and project management.
• Previous leading role (process manager, project manager, or similar) on the client side (not as a system supplier) in multiple projects (at least three assignments) covering preliminary studies, requirement specifications, procurement, and implementation of financial systems.
• Practical experience working with accounting and/or central financial processes.
• Experience in assignments, process, and business development within the public sector or equivalent operations. Minimum 5 years.
• University degree in Economics (Civilekonom) or equivalent academic education in economics.
• Very good knowledge of financial processes such as accounting, closing, budgeting, and financial follow-up.
• Good technical understanding to comprehend and contribute to design and solution discussions.
• References from previous assignments within the requested area of competence verifying the above requirements.

Meritorious Competence:

• Good understanding of setting up financial systems in the public sector.
• Good understanding of master data/control of financial data.
• Experience with the financial system Raindance.
• Experience implementing financial systems with more than 500 users.
